The Executive Producer will:
-Manage assigned production jobs from initial bidding to completion reports.
-Coordinate production information between Creative/Brand/Project Management
-Ensure project progress is communicated clearly and timely
-Develop and review production timelines with Project Management and Creative Teams
-Create accurate production estimates with alternative back-up bids
-Complete agency required reports (timesheet/completion)
-Prepare talent session/reuse estimates
-Conduct internal pre-pro prep meeting to discuss production elements
-Meet expectations of casting requests; ensure talent clearance for network airing
-Attend internal creative presentations
-Assist with annual reviews for production staff
-Assist in reviewing producer/department processes
-Bring solution/ideas to enhance creative product
-Represent production in client meetings
-Investigate new processes/techniques
-Review production estimates on complex jobs
-Review vendor rates and frequency of use for rate negotiation possibilities
